How Do I Use The Club?

For the past 6 years we have used an extremely successful system at our property on Daufuskie Island in South Carolina. It is a credit based reservations system designed to give you the flexibility to use ANY of the properties in our collection. You get 274 credits each year to use to make reservations.

You can use any number of bedrooms...

...you need and stay any number of nights you want during any season.  Credit values are assigned based on the time of year and the number of bedrooms you use. 

As an example...

...a week at a mountain resort in January is worth about 25% of the value of a week in July.  And, a one bedroom home is worth 1/3 the value of a three bedroom.

You can stay in a one bedroom cottage and pay as little as 15 credits for a week in January, or stay in a three bedroom cottage in the peak summer months and use 90 credits.

Stay 3 months!

We actually have one couple, Stan and Bonnie Whitaker from Kentucky, who stay in a one bedroom cottage for the first twelve weeks of the year every year and then come back for another stay in the summer. 

Another family, the Pipers, brings all of their kids, grandkids, cousins and aunts and uncles for a week in the summer and stay in two adjoining three bedroom cottages for 180 credits and still are able to come for three weeks in a one bedroom cottage in the spring and another two weeks in the fall. 

Golf Every Weekend!

And, then there is Graham and Barbara McCullough from Mt. Pleasant, SC. He comes for a weekend of golf every month with his golf buddies and still has enough credits to come for a week with his wife and family in the summer.  Here’s the credit calendar, let me show you how it works.
 

We currently have two properties in our collection. The Mountain Club and  The Oceanfront Residence Club on Daufuskie Island in South Carolina.  You can use your credits exactly the same way to stay in either place. You just call the reservations number and tell them what you want and use your credits to pay for it.  All of the management and operational components are provided by our company to ensure the quality of service you expect is always provided.

You have on-site concierge...

.... services available to you at either location.  And, as more resorts are invited to join our collection, you will have more and more destinations you and your family can enjoy with the same quality of accommodations and services when you get there. 

We are adding resorts with all different types of locations such as beach, lakes, ski, mountain, the wine country and even foreign countries.
