Yes. Mountain Club at Cashiers provides a secure, climate controlled area for owners to store their clothing, recreational equipment and personal items.

No. Although ownership is represented by a deed to a specific home, owners have equal access to all Mountain Club homes to provide the greatest amount of access and flexibility. Owners may request a specific home and this request will be granted when possible, according to the reservation policies and availability.

All homes are non-smoking. Well behaved dogs will be allowed with prior notification in a pet friendly home. Owners are responsible for all waste pick up; barking or unruly pets will not be allowed.

Mountain Club will be operated only for the use, benefits and enjoyment of owners, their families and their guests.

Owners can use Mountain Club just like a second home; reservations during the peak times are made in seven (7) day increments. Based on availability, owners can stay for as little as one night.

Yes. The management team and concierge can attend to things such as:

• Planning a daily itinerary
• Providing advice on the best activities and attractions
• Assisting with travel arrangements
• Booking tee times, spa treatments, dining, and all other family or corporate activities
• Helping with anything else desired, such as a a babysitter for the children
