Mountain Club at Cashiers exists for the pure enjoyment of its owners. For that reason, we want our owners to know exactly what to expect at the Mountain Club. The following is a list of frequently asked questions regarding Mountain Club residences and maintenance standards.

Yes. All residences and club facilities will most certainly be maintained to the luxury standards initially set.

No. Although ownership is represented by a deed to a specific home, owners have equal access to all Mountain Club at Cashiers homes to provide the greatest amount of access and flexibility. Owners may request a specific home and this request will be granted when possible.

All homes are non-smoking. Well-behaved dogs are allowed. There are six homes designated as pet-free for people with allergies or those who simply want to be in a home that does not allow dogs. Owners are responsible for all waste pick up.

No. All Mountain Club Residences are fully stocked with all the cleaning and paper supplies that you should need during your visit. If you happen to run low or need a particular item, contact the Clubhouse and a replacement item will be made available for you.

Yes. All residences have a high-speed wireless router located in each individual house.

All local calls are free. Long distance calls must be made using collect, credit card or prepaid calling card.

Yes. Please notify us as soon as possible since not all residences are handicapped accessible.

Each residence is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for the arrival of all guests. We will be happy to provide an additional cleaning service or a daily service during your stay for an additional fee.

Yes. Pool towels are provided at the Clubhouse for use at the swimming pool and spa. Please do not bring your towels from your house.

Yes. All of the houses have a full-size washer and a dryer. Laundry detergent, fabric softener and a stain stick are provided for your use.
