Planned Vacations — By the end of each calendar year, Owners are mailed a Planned Vacation reservation request form to select their Planned Vacation dates for the upcoming Club Year. Club Management will note the Reservation Priority Number for each Ownership on the Planned Vacation reservation request form.

If the Ownership does not receive their Planned Vacation reservation request form by January 1st, the Designated Owner should immediately notify Club Management.

During the Club Year, each One-Sixth Ownership can reserve a maximum of 28 Planned Vacation days in Mountain Club Homes designated for One-Sixth Owners. Each One-Twelfth Ownership can reserve a maximum of 14 Planned Vacation days in Mountain Club Homes designated for One-Twelfth Owners. Planned Vacation arrivals and departures may occur on a Friday or Sunday.

By February 1st of each year, Owners of both Ownership Categories must return their completed Planned Vacation reservation request forms to Club Management. It is the Owner’s responsibility to complete and return the Planned Vacation reservation request form by February 1st to preserve priority rights for the upcoming Club Year. Planned Vacation reservation request forms received after February 1st will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis after the Planned Vacation reservation request forms that were received in a timely manner have been processed. After February 1st, Club Management will allocate Planned Vacation reservations in the following manner:

Beginning March 1st, One-Sixth Ownerships may request Space Available Vacation Reservations (within their Ownership Category) for the coming Club Year. These reservation requests will be processed by Club Management on a first-come, first-served basis.

Beginning March 15th, One-Twelfth Ownerships may request Space Available Vacation Reservations (within their Ownership Category) for the coming Club Year. These reservation requests will be processed by Club Management on a first-come, first-served basis.

Space Available Vacations — In addition to Planned Vacations and Short Notice Vacations, each Ownership has unlimited access to and use of Mountain Club Homes within their Ownership Category on a Space Available basis. Owners can occupy a Mountain Club Home or can send Unaccompanied Guests during confirmed Space Available Vacations for periods up to seven days per reservation. Each Owner can have only one Space Available Vacation reservation on the books at a time.

Short Notice Vacations — In addition to Planned Vacations and Space Available Vacations, each Ownership can make one Short Notice Vacation reservation anytime within three days of the scheduled arrival date for that reservation. Owners and/or their guests can occupy Mountain Club Homes within their Ownership Category during confirmed Short Notice Vacations for periods up to seven days per reservation.
