Ownership Fees and Upgrades
Owners pay annual dues that fund the operation of all Mountain Club homes, clubhouse and other common areas. Your annual dues fund staff salaries, maintenance, trash removal, accounting, insurance, utilities, property taxes and refurbishment or replacement of Club facilities. Current annual dues are outlined in the Financial Information Sheet.
The only other costs associated with ownership is housekeeping on a per visit basis. Housekeeping costs are noted on the Financial Information Sheet. There you will also find additional housekeeping options available for owners during their vacation.
Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome at the Mountain Club. Certain homes are designated pet friendly. In order to accommodate owners with allergies, certain homes are pet-free. A pet fee, which is detailed on the Financial Information Sheet, is paid for each dog. Dogs are not permitted in the clubhouse or pool area.
Reservation Policies
Scheduling your vacations at Mountain Club is a friendly, fair and simple process. Every owner receives a Planned Vacation Reservation form at the end of each calendar year. These forms are completed by each owner and returned by February 1. Reservation request forms received after February 1 will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis once the other owners’ forms have been processed.
Every club year, which runs from May 1-April 30, each one-sixth owner can reserve up to 28 planned vacation days and each one-twelfth owner can reserve 14 planned vacation days. Arrivals and departures may be on either a Friday or Sunday. For additional reservation details read, How Do I Use the Club?
